We transformed a historic colonial house into an elegant home that merges modernity with traditional charm. This project stands out for its unique sensory experience, combining regional construction systems with the use of traditional tiles, which become the main attraction. The remodeling not only preserves the colonial essence of downtown Mérida, but it also introduces contemporary elements, achieving a perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern amenities.
